It is important for the Competition Authority to possess at all times the best possible knowledge and experience through its human resources. In order to promote such knowledge, the Competition Authority is adopting a policy of continuous education involving a range of courses, training and other education for its employees, in addition to acquisitions of books and subscriptions to periodicals. In line with its policy of continuous education the Competition Authority has set itself the target of allocating a sum corresponding to a specific proportion of the total payroll costs of the Authority to continuing education.
An Education Committee, composed of three employees, is responsible for the implementation of the continuous education strategy.
