For further information about competition law violations, see the Competition Act, No. 44/2005, in particular Article 10 (prohibition of agreements or concerted practices which have as their objects or effect the prevention or distortion of competition) and Article 11 (ban against abuse of a dominant position)
It is not self-evident that parties sending in complaints to the Competition Authorities will be parties to the case arising out of the complaint. Only persons who can demonstrate their own legally protected interests can be parties to cases accepted for investigation by the Competition Authority
