Merger of Norðlenska matborðið ehf., Kjarnafæði hf. and SAH afurðir ehf.

The Icelandic Competition Authority examined the merger of Norðlenska, Kjarnafæði and SAH afurðir. The Authority assessed that the merger could lead to a restriction of competition, and the merging parties agreed to a settlement with certain commitments intended to prevent the harmful effects of the merger.
