Garri ehf. has acquired Mekka Wines & Spirtis hf. Garri ehf. is a wholesaler of a wide range of food products, packaging and cleaning products, while Mekka is primarily engaged in the wholesale of beverages and alcohol. The Competition Authority approved the merger without intervention in the first phase.
