The Competition Authority reviewed the merger of World Fuel Services, Inc. and UVair European Fuelling Services Limited. Both companies are so-called resellers of aviation fuel in Iceland and operate in the retail market for aviation fuel. The Competition Authority has concluded that there are no grounds for intervention regarding the merger, pursuant to Article 17(c) of the Competition Act.
