Daily penalties for the Association of Catering Enterprises' (SVEIT) breach of the obligation to provide data

Pursuant to section 38 of the Competition Act, the Competition Authority imposes daily fines on SVEIT, an association of businesses in the catering market. SVEIT shall pay 1,000,000 kr. per day until the data specified in paragraph 15 of the Competition Authority's letter of 31 March 2025 have been handed over to the Authority.
