hefur haft til umfjöllunar kaup Regins hf. á öllu hlutafé í fasteignafélögunum
HTO ehf. og FAST-2 ehf. Félögin voru bæði í eigu FAST-1 slfh. Samruninn
felur í sér kaup Regins á 100% hlutafjár í HTO og FAST-2. Ráðgert er að hin
keyptu félög verði rekin sem aðskilin einkahlutafélög og Reginn verður áfram
skráð í Nasdaq OMX kauphöllina á Íslandi.Kaup Regins hf. á öllu hlutafé í
FAST-2 ehf. og HTO ehf. fela í sér samruna í skilningi samkeppnislaga.

that the market is otherwise significantly disrupted. Therefore, there are no grounds
to take action regarding the merger on the basis of Article 17(c) of the Competition Act No. 44/2005.
