The Competition Authority received a tip-off that the association Jeppavina and some of its members had breached Articles 10 and 12 of the Competition Act. Jeppavina was requested to provide documents, and the investigation revealed that the tip-off was well-founded. The decision concerns the unlawful collusion of the Jeppavinir association and several of its member companies, in the form of the creation and publication of indicative price lists, the establishment of uniform terms and conditions of trade, and repeated communications regarding pricing. The parties to the case have all entered into settlements with the Competition Authority.
