MP Bank's acquisition of the corporate division of Saga Investment Bank Ltd.

MP Bank hf. acquired certain assets and operations from Saga Investment Bank hf. There was a minor overlap between the activities of MP Bank and the acquired assets. The Competition Authority considered there was no reason to take action regarding the merger.
