Complaint of the Engineering and Systems Institute Spors Ltd regarding the Minister for Social Affairs' decision to implement the employment exchange system ALSAM-2.

A complaint was received from
Spori sf. Due to the Minister for Social Affairs' decision that all employment exchanges
municipalities should take into use unemployment registration and
the ALSAM-2 employment placement system. The Competition Council considered that the minister's decision fell
outside the scope of competition law and would not be contrary to the objectives of the law. It would not
to take further action on the matter.

Final outcome of the case – The Competition Appeal Board overturned the decision
...of no effect and referred to the Competition Council for a substantive decision.
