Merger of AU 23 ehf. and Hótel Eyju ehf

A specialised fund, managed and operated by Alfa Framkvæmdir ehf, acquired Hótel Eyja ehf. The merger has little impact on the hotel accommodation market in the capital region and the operation of restaurants. The fund has previously acquired hotels in other geographical markets for hotel accommodation.
