Measures to improve competition in estate agency

The Association of Estate Agents, FF, reached a settlement with the Competition Authority for breaches of Article 12, in relation to Article 10, of the Competition Act. Through the settlement, the FF acknowledges unlawful collusion within the association and agrees to pay a government fine of 6 million krónur for it. In addition to the fine, the FF also agrees to make further changes to its operations to improve competition in the estate agency sector.
