Analysis

(RÚV) and Árvakur hf. with Capacent Gallup for the conduct and publication of weekly opinion polls on the support for political parties in the run-up to the parliamentary elections. 365 considered that the contract in question was inconsistent with both the provisions of the Competition Act and the provisions of the Act on the National Broadcasting Service Ltd.
