The Competition Authority has been working on an analysis of the estimated benefits of its interventions in cases of collusion, abuse of a dominant position, and restrictive mergers. The methodology used by the Competition Authority for the analysis is based on guidelines from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (hereinafter OECD) and is discussed in Report No. 3/2024, Calculated benefit of the Competition Authority's intervention, description of the methodology and assumptions. The results of the analysis for the period 2013-2022 have previously been published in reports no. 4/2023 and 4/2024. This report publishes updated results up to and including the year 2024.
