The Competition Authority has been working on an analysis of the estimated benefits of its interventions in cases of collusion, abuse of a dominant position, and restrictive mergers. The methodology used by the Competition Authority for the analysis is based on guidelines from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (hereinafter OECD) and is discussed in a report no. 3/2024, Estimated benefits of the Competition Authority's interventions, description of methodology and assumptions. The results of the analysis for the period 2013-2022 were published in report no. 4/2023, Estimated benefits of the Competition Authority's interventions 2013-2022. This report publishes updated findings covering up to and including the year 2023.
