The Competition Authority refers to a letter from the Parliamentary Budget Committee, dated. 29 April 2024, in which the Competition Authority is given the opportunity to provide an opinion on the bill on the amendment of the Public Procurement Act, Parliamentary Document 1364, matter 919 of the 154th Parliament.
