The Ministry of Food presented on the Government's consultation portal on 24 September, ref. case no. S-
189/2024. The Competition Authority has previously provided comments on comparable draft bills.
which deals with amendments to the concepts of control and related parties within the meaning of the Act on management
Fisheries Act no. 116/2006.
