Perla norðursins hf. v. The Competition Authority

By an appeal dated 8 May 2024, Perla norðursins hf. (hereinafter referred to as the appellant), has appealed to
Decision of the Competition Appeals Board on the Competition Authority's decision of 10 April 2024 that not
there would be grounds or cause to take further investigation of the appellant's and the Association's complaint
of the travel service provider (hereinafter referred to as SAF) of 20 January 2023 on the National Museum of Iceland (here
The aforementioned NMSI intended to open an exhibition on the nature of Iceland in a Nature House on Seltjarnarnes, which would be
in direct competition with the appellant's exhibition at the Perlan in Reykjavík. 

The appeal of Perla norðursins ehf. to set aside the decision of the Competition Authority of 10 April 2024 not to take further action on the submission of the appellant and the Travel Industry Association of 20 January 2023 is dismissed.
