AF3-2 ehf. has acquired Nói Siríus hf. Nói Siríus hf. primarily engages in the manufacture and wholesale of chocolate, as well as the wholesale of other confectionery and breakfast cereals. AF3-2 ehf. is an investment fund managed by Alfa Framtaks ehf. The Competition Authority approved the merger without intervention in the first phase but addressed the strong market position of Nói Siríus hf.
