Merger of Arion Bank hf., Sena ehf. and Glassriver ehf.

The Competition Authority approved the merger of Arion Bank, Sena and Glassriver with conditions and a settlement, which mainly concerns Glassriver's competitive independence from Arion Bank, due to potential competition concerns regarding the takeover of companies in competitive markets by a commercial bank.
