Extended consultation period – Síldarvinnslan's purchase of a 50% stake in Ice Fresh Seafood from Samherji

With the news that
On 28 February, the Competition Authority granted anyone who has an interest or concern
have the opportunity to submit reviews, comments and/or viewpoints
regarding the purchase by Síldarvinnslan of a 50% stake in Ice Fresh Seafood from Samherji.

The Competition Authority
has notified the merger parties that it is necessary to invoke further delays to
