A great deal of work has been put into making the website as user-friendly and accessible as possible. Special emphasis has been placed on a search area called „solutions“In addition, the website's navigation has been simplified and its appearance improved. In the „Decisions“ search area, you can find all the decisions, opinions, reviews and reports of the Competition Authority. This search area also includes decisions of the Competition Appeals Board and judgments of the Supreme Court and the District Court relating to the decisions of the authority and its predecessors. A great deal of work has also been put into linking all decisions to other published material and case law to ensure that users can quickly and easily find the information they are looking for and get a complete picture of the process and outcome of each decision.
The Competition Authority hopes that this new website will become an interactive portal for the public and businesses, and will be used both to obtain information and to submit views and suggestions.
