The Competition Authority launches a new website

The Competition Authority is launching its new website. The website is intended to be a comprehensive source of information on competition matters, as well as an interactive portal where the public and businesses can submit their views and suggestions. The following content can be accessed there, among other things:

• Information on the organisation, case law, procedure, legislation and regulations on competition matters and international cooperation.
• Guidelines on how submissions to the institution should be prepared, etc.
• Guidance on how to report suspected breaches of competition law.
• Decisions of the Competition Authority and the Appeal Board.
• Domestic news on competition matters and the main news on competition matters in neighbouring countries.
• Form for submitting tips or comments on merger matters or competition law infringements
• A powerful network on competition issues.
