Raids at Vífilfell and Egill Skallagrímsson's Brewery

In light of the media coverage, the Competition Authority wishes to state that it has today conducted searches at the premises of Vífilfell hf. and Ölgerð Egils Skallagrímssonar hf. The actions are part of an investigation which is primarily focused on possible breaches of the competition law prohibition on collusion between competitors.
