Cristiana Vitale is a senior economist in the OECD Competition Division. She has been extensively involved in the OECD's recent work on the evaluation of competition policy interventions and on the assessment of the competition effects of public policies. Previously, Cristiana worked for the Rome-based economic consultancy LEAR, for the UK Office of Fair Trading, for the UK Office of Telecommunications, and for the London-based economic consultancy London Economics. She holds a degree from Bocconi University and a Master's degree from the London School of Economics.
