The EU Commission publishes a report on the enforcement of competition law in the pharmaceutical market

The European Commission recently published a report on the enforcement of competition law in the pharmaceutical sector for the years 2009 to 2017. The report was prepared in close cooperation with the European competition authorities that form the „European Competition Network“ (ECN). The European Commission has created a dedicated page in connection with the publication of the report, where various interesting points can be found.
