Fyrirvari tölvupósts

Vinsamlegast athugið að þessi tölvupóstur og viðhengi hans eru eingöngu ætluð þeim sem tölvupósturinn er stílaður á og gæti innihaldið upplýsingar sem eru trúnaðarmál. Birting tölvupóstsins eða viðhengja, að hluta eða í heild, er óheimil án samþykkis sendanda.

Hafir þú fyrir tilviljun, mistök eða án sérstakrar heimildar tekið við tölvupóstinum og viðhengjum hans er þess óskað að farið verði eftir 4. mgr. 88. gr. laga um fjarskipti nr. 70/2022 og þú gætir fyllsta trúnaðar, þú hvorki lesir efni tölvupóstsins eða viðhengja né skráir það hjá þér eða notfærir þér það á nokkurn hátt og þú tilkynnir sendanda samstundis að hann hafi ranglega borist þér. Loks er þess óskað að slíkum tölvupósti og viðhengjum hans verði eytt. Brot gegn þessu varða bótaábyrgð, stjórnvaldssekt eða refsingu skv. áðurnefndum lögum.
