Other International co-operation

The Icelandic Competition Authority also participates in other international co-operation

1. The International Competition Network, ICN, is an international association of competition authorities. Meetings are held regularly, and in addition working groups on various competition matters meet separately. The Icelandic Competition Authority is a party to this co-operation.
2. The OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, (http://www.oecd.org/)  has separate committees and working groups on competition matters (http://www.oecd.org/competition/). The OECD conducts studies of the competition situation in individual member states.
