Tim Ward

Tim Ward QC is a barrister, practising at Monckton Chambers, London. He is a specialist in EU and competition law. He has particular expertise in commercial regulation, including telecoms and other sectors. Tim acted for Iceland in the Icesave case before the EFTA Court. He has appeared in more than 50 cases before the Court of Justice of the EU and numerous competition cases in the UK courts. Tim received The Lawyer’s Barrister of the Year award in 2013.
